ROXY’S CHRONICLES PART I
I was not sure if I wanted to make this diary public, as it will contain most of my thoughts, memories and everyday life activities.
Today, the 19th of January 2018 I start my diary! They say keeping a diary is a perfect resource for the brain and memory. It is actually a great way to rethink things twice as you write them down.
I have woken up at 8 AM in a silent way , so my hubby and dog will not notice anything. I’ve brushed my teeth and washed my face and started to prepare my breakfast. I always have my breakfast within the first 30 minutes after waking up. I must have it everyday. If not, I will not be able to start the day propertly.
My everyday breakfast is around 300 and 450 Kcal. As a rule, I have oats, quinoa, almond milk and yoghurt. The healthy aspect of this is that I add many types of seeds: chia, flaxseed, sesame, sunflower or pumpkin.
Well, I have prepared and ckecked my social pages for this week and already checked the emails.
We are having our flight to Milan today at 13:40, so we should be heading to the airport around 11:00.
Before, I will need to do my body exercices and leave my dog at the dogsitter.
I need to go! Bye-Bye!
